Clemens Center Parking Lot Repair

Description: The project consists of all necessary work for the proposed improvements to include cold milling 2" of the existing HMA parking lot and drive aisles ; full-depth pavement removals where necessary ; selective curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement ; tree removals as required ; installation of concrete collars around all existing structures ; placement of new HMA pavement ; and all related construction activities.
