Classification and Compensation Survey

Description: The El Dorado Irrigation District is seeking a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive classification, compensation, and pay-equity study for approximately 250 employees across about 110 job classifications. The scope includes classification analysis, a compensation survey, pay-equity analysis, FLSA review, organizational structure analysis, knowledge-transfer sessions, and a final report with presentations. Proposals are evaluated on overall technical and cost merit, with a not-to-exceed price proposal expected, and the work is scheduled for completion by early August 2027.
