Citywide EOP & COOP Plans RFP

Description: Qualified providers to create the City’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), and provide subsequent exercises highlighting the EOP and COOP. The work shall include all labor, materials, and equipment needed to facilitate the EOP and COOP as well as two guided half-day tabletop exercises utilizing the EOP and COOP. The first being at the 75% completion mark of the EOP and COOP the last being at the 100% completion mark. The City is proposing to award a contract for the EOP and COOP as well as the exercises above but reserves the right to delay the award of a contract, to only secure the EOP update, to only conduct the exercise, or to not award a contract at all.
