City of Victoria Community Center Additions and Renovations

Description: The City of Victoria, Texas is soliciting bids for the Community Center Additions and Renovations project, with an estimated value of $29 million. Phase 1 includes construction of a new 90,000 square-foot multipurpose covered arena, an adjacent preengineered stall barn, and site work including utilities, paving, sidewalks, and new parking near the existing skate park. Phase 2 covers renovation of the existing Victoria Community Center, including a new front entry cover, new expo hall entry, MEP system replacement, fire sprinkler and alarm systems, technology infrastructure, sitework and landscape improvements.
