Site improvements: concrete sidewalk, asphalt parking paving, curb and gutter, integral curb and gutter, pavement marking, dense grade base, detectable warning fields, boardwalk with composite decking, thickened edge concrete sidewalk, steps, railings, irrigation system, park benches, seat walls with lighting, bike racks, bollards, site signage and pavement marking. Utilities: new sanitary sewer service and service connection new water service and permanent irrigation system site lighting and underground conduit new electrical service and connection stormwater structures site and turf restoration: site and turf restoration, sodding, planting, mulching, general site clean-up and amenities installed.
