City of North Tonawanda - Non-hazardous Solid Waste Disposal (Request for Proposals)

Description: Provide non-hazardous solid waste disposal services. The City is requesting a service contract(s) for Non-Hazardous Solid Waste Disposal. Such solid waste shall be construed to mean solid waste generated from residential, commercial, institution and industrial sources that are typically collected by municipal trucks or by other vehicles as may be designated from time to time by the City and that are allowed to be disposed in incinerators and/or sanitary landfills by the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the disposal facilities operations.
