City of Montgomery Summer Feeding Program RFP

Description: The City of Montgomery seeks a food-service provider for its Summer Food Service Program, serving children age 18 and under with USDA-compliant meals at fixed feeding sites. The contractor will prepare, unitize, package, and deliver meals, accommodate approved dietary needs, and provide food-safety compliance, daily records, meal counts, delivery receipts, temperature logs, and invoices. The contract covers the City's 2027 and 2028 summer feeding periods (June 7–July 30, 2027 and June 5–July 28, 2028, both subject to change), with service at locations designated by Parks and Recreation.
