Replace a section of existing 8" gravity sewer with a new 8" gravity sewer, including the installation of a new saddle manhole and a new sanitary sewer manhole; Construct new concrete process tanks with covers, including an influent pump station, headworks, an equalization basin, an anoxic basin, an aerobic basin, two membrane basins, a return activated sludge (RAS) pump station, an odor control system, and install the equipment and instrumentation associated with each basin and pump station. Equipment associated with the influent pump station includes two influent pumps, and associated valve vault and influent sampler. Equipment associated with the new headworks includes a new influent magnetic flow meter, two influent rotary drum screens and an associated screenings washer compactor. Equipment associated with the anoxic basin includes a submersible mixer. Equipment associated with the aerobic basin includes a fine bubble air diffusion system. Equipment associated with the membrane basins includes components of the membrane equipment system, including four membrane modules, to be supplied by the membrane system supplier. Equipment associated with the ras pump station includes two ras pumps. 3. Installation of the membrane system components as described herein. The contractor shall be assigned the portion titled "membrane equipment system: supply, construction services and post-construction services" of the executed contract titled "taylor bay beach club hoa procurement of membrane equipment system and services." the executed contract titled "taylor bay beach club hoa procurement of membrane equipment system and services" is attached to these contract provisions as appendix a. The equipment, instrumentation, and materials to be provided by the membrane supplier are summarized in specifications section 11500 and detailed in the supplier design submittal documents and drawings in appendix b of the contract provisions and appendix b of the drawings. 4. Construct a new waste activated sludge (WAS) storage tank, coarse bubble air diffuser system, waste sludge pump and associated haul truck discharge piping. 5. Construct the new operations building including a new office/control room, laboratory, restroom, process equipment room, and electrical room. Process equipment associated with the equipment room includes membrane equipment to be supplied by the membrane system supplier, one aeration blower, one was tank blower, two UV disinfection modules, an effluent sampler, a non-potable water tank, and two non-potable water pumps. Membrane equipment to be supplied by the membrane system supplier associated with the equipment room includes three permeate pumps, three air scour blowers, and a chemical cleaning system. 6. Install effluent piping system and connection to the new subsurface outfall in case inlet, which will have an existing capped connection point above the ordinary high water mark. 7. Install a new storm filter catch basin to treat stormwater collected on the site and associated downstream storm drain piping to downstream manhole with connection to new outfall piping. 8. Demolish above grade and exposed portions of the existing outfall and abandon buried portions of the existing outfall. 9. Demolish the existing equipment and laboratory building, storage shed, aeration basins and settling basins, biosolids tank, outfall structure, influent manhole, and UV disinfection shed. 10. Salvage existing standby generator and Propane tank to owner. 11. Install a new generator. 12. Furnish new laboratory equipment. 13. Provide all temporary bypass pumping systems as required. 14. Furnish and install all required piping and appurtenances. 15. Furnish and install all required plumbing, heating and ventilating work. 16. Furnish and install all required electrical, instrumentation and telemetry work. 17. Construct required site grading and asphalt paving. 18. Restore all surfaces disturbed by construction activities. 19. Furnish and install irrigation system. 20. Furnish and install landscaping. 21. Furnish and install fencing.
