Description: The City of Katy is soliciting bids for rehabilitation of approximately 4,840 linear feet of existing 6-inch through 10-inch sanitary sewer using pipe bursting. The work includes manhole rehabilitation and installation, service line reconnections, required labor and materials, plus an additive alternate for approximately 1,160 linear feet of 10-inch through 12-inch sanitary sewer. Construction must be completed within 90 calendar days after written notice to proceed, and bids are due September 11, 2026, at the specified bid-opening time.
