The City of Hermiston is soliciting bids for the E. Evelyn Avenue Gravity Sewer Line Replacement project. The work includes installing approximately 650 LF of 12-inch PVC sanitary sewer, about 100 LF of 12-inch PVC storm drain, new precast and cast-in-place manholes, a stormwater sedimentation chamber and drywell, and full-width repaving along E.
