City of Great Falls PW Administration Building Addition OF 1814.4 RFP

Description: Project consists to improve functionality, safety, accessibility, and long-term performance. Scope includes a conference room addition with a revised entry, new ada-compliant restrooms, main floor layout improvements, and a mezzanine remodel with relocated stairs to resolve headroom and electrical panel clearance issues. Finishes and building systems will be upgraded, air conditioning added in the remodeled and new areas, and additional parking provided for overflow.
