The new building is a free-standing steel prefabricated building that will be used to treat PFAS, set 150 from the existing building. Installation of three (3) trains of two (2) 12' dia activated carbon filter vessels are to be pre-purchased and supplied by the Owner. All other process equipment, including controls, will be provided and installed by the Contractor, as well as building construction, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

AvailableThe Project includes the following Work: Division A: Water Treatment Plant Campus Division A includes a new 1,800 gallon per minute filtration and Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) removal water treatment plant with related site improvements and accessories; associated pumps, piping, valves, structures, electrical work and appurtenances. Electrical work includes outside conduits, feeders, and light poles. Division B: Ground Storage Tanks Division B includes two (2) one million gallons (1,000,000 gallons) ground storage tanks. Work includes site grading, earthwork, foundation, steel erection, and coating. Foundation/concrete work to include valve vault, valve(s), and piping extend outside of the vault or foundation shall be included. Electrical conduits, conductors, and pressure sensors are not included in the contract. Division C: Underground Piping Division C includes all underground water main, water services, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer within 5' of the building/structure or foundation. In addition to the water main, all manhole structures (excluding the head tank) shall be included. Fire hydrants to flush the head tank shall be included in Division C work. This work includes the conversion of the raw water main to finish water main. This will require multiple mobilization to connect, disconnect, tap and plug the water mains.
