Description: The City of Culver City seeks a professional parking-management firm to operate its downtown garage complex of approximately 1,600 spaces under a three-year base contract, with two one-year extension options. The contractor would provide full-service operations including staffing, revenue collection, automated parking-guidance system maintenance, EV-charging coordination, janitorial and landscaping, security-camera oversight, safety compliance, reporting, and event and valet services. The City would retain gross parking revenue, remitted weekly, and compensate the operator through a management fee plus reimbursable operating expenses.
