Description: Work includes upgrading their 69kv transmission system protection by modifying the existing relay and protection panels in various city substations. The city is therefore seeking proposals for the modification of existing relay panels. Modifications include the installation of new, city furnished, relay and control panels that will be installed on existing relay cabinet doors, and the rewiring required for the new panels.
