The work to be done consists of repairing or rehabilitating the sewer lift station, including essential bypass pumping, wet well restoration, replacement of damaged structural, mechanical, and electrical components, and final site restoration as directed.
Under this project, the Contractor must furnish the labor and materials necessary to install approx., ±271 LF of 8" SDR 26 PVC gravity sewer, ±55 LF of 2" SCH 80 PVC force main, ±60 LF of 2" PE force main, and a packaged duplex lift station with 2 HP pumps. Installation shall include all work shown in the construction plans, including valves, manholes, and other appurtenances.
Work includes updates to an existing lift station including: replacement of the existing sewage lift station pumps, construction of a new meter pit, electrical upgrades, miscellaneous site improvements, installation and integration of SCADA system for remote monitoring of the lift station, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General/ Mechanical, and Electrical Construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
