CTMA - Cherrybrook Sewage Lift Station Rehabilitation

Description: Work includes updates to an existing lift station including: replacement of the existing sewage lift station pumps, construction of a new meter pit, electrical upgrades, miscellaneous site improvements, installation and integration of SCADA system for remote monitoring of the lift station, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General/ Mechanical, and Electrical Construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The scope of work involves all necessary parts, labor, and equipment to repair and perform necessary maintenance of the sewage lift station. This maintenance is required to restore the system to an efficient and fully functioning system. Site preparation and demolition: The Contractor shall provide, install, and maintain a temporary sewage bypass pumping system to ensure uninterrupted facility operation during the entire project period. The bypass plan must be submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval prior to commencing any work. Any spills resulting from bypass failure shall be immediately reported, contained, and remediated at the Contractor’s expense in accordance with environmental regulations. See attached file.
