REVISED PROPOSAL DEADLINE AND PROJECT COMPLETION REQUIREMENT The City of Alice hereby issues Addendum No. 2 to the above-referenced Request for Proposals (RFP) to revise the proposal submission deadline and establish a required project completion date. 1. Revised Proposal Due Date. Sealed proposals must be received no later than Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. CST, at the submission location identified in the original RFP. This date supersedes the previously stated proposal due date. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original RFP, as amended by Addendum No. 1, shall remain unchanged except as expressly revised herein.
