Seeking to renovate the entrance of city hall with a new design and better ADA access to the facility.

City of Daytona Beach

Design-build of a two-story addition to the existing city hall building. It will include 17,500 SF of space per floor, for a total of 35,000 SF. Once completed, this addition will add approximately 50 percent more area to the facility.
