Description: Pueblo West Metropolitan District is soliciting competitive bids to rehabilitate existing sewer mains using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. The work includes bypass pumping, sewer cleaning, CCTV inspections, liner installation, service reconnections, and related work, with the project anticipating funding through a Colorado State Revolving Fund loan rather than a grant program.
