CHURCH AVENUE (PHASE 2) -INVITATION FOR BID

Description: The Town of Northbridge, Massachusetts invites general contractors to bid on the Church Avenue Reconstruction Project (Phase 2), prepared by Turning Point Engineering. The work will replace approximately 1,650 feet of water mains and 320 feet of drain lines, with associated manholes and catch basins, excavation and disposal of existing infrastructure, new ductile-iron water lines, valves, hydrants, drainage infrastructure, and temporary paving; the estimated cost is $850,000. This is a construction invitation to bid rather than a grant application, although the project is funded in part by a CDBG 2025 grant, and bids are due at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
