The meeting also included a yearly update from the Youth Committee, the authorization of general obligation school project bonds, and the approval of notes for municipal infrastructure projects.

The scheduled meeting did not convene due to a lack of a quorum. The committee announced that the next meeting is scheduled for a future date.
