Recreation center roof coating. Clean, power wash, and prep existing single ply roof and allow to dry. Use cleaner for areas of algae, mildew or fungus, followed by a power washer rinse. Remove all debris and loose granules. Repair any open seams to prevent water intrusion. Apply gray silicone base coat for better adhesion. Cover all joints, fasteners, flashings, seams, transition and roof penetrations with applicable sealant. Apply white silicone reflective roof coating per manufacturer specification. Install walk pads for maintenance to HVAC units.
