The Board received a report on organization updates, including retirements and the Louisville Water attendance at the 2026 Annual Conference & Expo. The Board affirmed the replacement of the Crescent Hill Reservoir guardrail and approved an unbudgeted project for an emergency water main repair at Lexington Road. Reports were provided on the Louisville Water Foundation's work with the Association of Community Ministries, second-quarter project certifications, financial performance, customer satisfaction research, call center operations, engineering and water quality, human resources, and IT strategy.
