CHADWICK LAKE WATER FILTRATION PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

Description: The Town of Newburgh is requesting bids for the CHADWICK LAKE WATER FILTRATION PLANT ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The work includes removing existing membrane roofing and insulation and installing approximately 8,000 square feet of new roof insulation, single-ply membrane roofing, roof drains, and miscellaneous flashing at existing roof penetrations. Bids must be received by the Town Clerk at 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, NY 12550 by October 1, 2026 at 10:30 am local time, with a pre-bid conference scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 10:00 am at the project site.
