Description: Central services cost allocation plan. Scope of Services - a. Develop a Central Services Cost Allocation Plan (CAP) in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200 which identifies various costs incurred by the City to support and administer federal and state programs. b. Develop a Citywide Full Cost Allocation Plan to support the determination of the full cost of departments providing user fee related services and for obtaining management information. c. Develop an indirect cost rate calculation which could be used generally for charging indirect costs to grants based on state and federal guidelines. See attached file.
