Centennial-Rainey Levee Setback and Ecosystem Enhancement Project CE&I

Description: The City of Pocatello is seeking qualifications from firms to serve as Resident Project Representative and provide construction engineering and inspection services for the Centennial-Rainey project. The work involves setting back levees along the Portneuf River near Rainey and Centennial Parks to enable stream restoration, wetland creation, and stormwater infrastructure improvements, and is funded through a WaterSMART grant from the US Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation. This is an open procurement for qualified consultants—not a grant application—with relevant public-infrastructure, wetland, ADA, and state and local requirements experience.
