Ceiling Tile Replacement RFP

Description: Ceiling tile replacement, perform ceiling grid repair, alignment, and acoustic ceiling tile replacement services work includes, Conducting pre-work inspections of ceiling systems. Identifying and repairing damaged, bent, or misaligned ceiling grid members (tees and mains)., Securing and leveling the suspension grid system, including replacing or adding hanger wires, Replace grid that has sustained damage by being bent, missing, or is discolored and/or rusted on 1st, 3rd, and 6th floor hallways, Replace all hallway ceiling tiles on the 1st and 6th floor hallways with Armstrong school zone fine fissured 24"x48"x3/4" (1714). On the 3rd floor hallways, replace all damaged ceiling tiles with matching tiles that are unique to that floor. Contractor will need to identify the 3rd floor ceiling tile and match the same brand, style, and color. Legally dispose of all old ceiling tiles and ceiling tile grid offsite. Coordinating work around existing utility fixtures (HVAC diffusers, lighting fixtures, fire sprinklers, and life safety sensors).
