Cedar Grove Parking Garage Repairs RFP

Description: The project will include concrete surface repairs at the Cedar Grove Parking Garage, with the majority of them occurring at the second level of the structure. Work may include repair of cracks, concrete spalls, expansion joints, joint flushing and cleaning, post-tensioned slab concrete spalls, cast-in-place concrete spalls, concrete column repairs, surface preparation and sealing, restriping, removal of existing lighted bollards and termination of lighting electrical, minor steel connections, reapplication of traffic coating membrane in select areas and replacing of concrete garbage receptacles.
