Demolition of existing retaining walls, earthwork for regarding the site for access around the new clearwell and existing pond, excavation for a new 10' deep clearwell, construction of new concrete retaining walls for site grading, construction of a new concrete 11,300 CF clearwell to be tied into the existing clearwell, including construction to reroute flow in the existing clearwell, and construction of concrete sitework.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 1. The Phase 1 construction of the treatment facility includes site work, piping and tanks installation, and stormwater management measures. The scope of Phase 1 does not include any mechanical equipment, structural buildings, or electrical work. The work to be completed encompasses the erosion and sedimentation controls, stormwater management facilities, site grading, landscaping, excavation, influent pump station wet well and valve vault, the influent screening chamber, the influent equalization tank, two (2) Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) tanks, post SBR equalization tank, yard piping, storm sewer, and gravity sanitary sewer from the Road Pump Station.
