Description: Volusia County’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency is soliciting construction services for the Lantern Park stormwater improvements project. The project will construct stormwater infrastructure intended to reduce flooding in the Lantern Park subdivision following damage from Hurricanes Ian and Milton. Although funded through HUD’s Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery program, this is an Invitation For Bid for construction services, not a grant application.
