Catalog Contract for Professional Development and Program Consultants Proposal #250501

Description: Tyler ISD is accepting bid responses for Professional Development and Program Consultants in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms and conditions contained in this Solicitation. Tyler ISD reserves the right to revise and amend the specifications prior to the date set for the receipt of proposals. Respondents are requested to clarify any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission or other error(s) in the RFP in writing. Revisions or amendments, if any, will be made by issuing an addendum. Every effort will be made to send addenda issued to the parties known to have been furnished a complete copy of the RFP. It is the responsibility of each Vendor, prior to submitting the Proposal, to contact the Purchasing Department to determine if addenda were issued and, if so, to obtain such addenda for attachment to the Proposal. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation period offered. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Applicants will then be notified of the district's decision. Scope / Overview: The intent of this request is to establish a list of pre-qualified vendors that can best provide professional development and program consultants upon the request of a campus and/or department. This includes professional/staff development; consultants for band/orchestra, cheer, drill team, and theater; and other services deemed appropriate for this request. Contract Period/Term: The term of the contract shall be from Date of Award through April 30, 2028, with no options to extend. Pricing: Pricing shall be negotiated to each specific event; respondents are encouraged to attach pricing information with their response. Evaluation Criteria: Price 30, Quality of Vendor's goods and services 20, Extent to which the services meet the District's needs and approach of the Vendor 20, Vendor's qualification and experience 15, Past experience with the District 10, References 5 (Total 100).
