Cannabis and Substance Misuse - (Request for Proposals)

Description: Qualified contractors to manage and expand the brand identity for Be Cannabis Aware (BeCannabisAware.org), MDH's statewide cannabis education and prevention campaign. The contractor will also develop and implement a promotional campaign to increase awareness of the campaign's messages and resources. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from October 15, 2026 - June 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three years.
