Candelas Townview Pool Replacement (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Work inlcudes construction of a new pool structure which will contain separate sections for a lap pool and activity pool, removal of existing mechanical and filtration equipment within the existing mechanical room as well as furnishment and installation of new mechanical and filtration equipment within the existing mechanical room footprint, construction of a new equipment / chemical building which will match aesthetically to the adjacent clubhouse, new and reconnected site utilities related to the operation of the new pool, and new site improvements including pool deck, perimeter fencing, relocation of an existing pergola, retaining walls, landscaping, and other associated site improvements.
