CAISO Cluster 16 Commercial Interest Points (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeks proposals for projects that will participate in the Independent System Operator (CAISO) Cluster 16 interconnection request process and would accept Commercial Interest points (CIPs) from CleanPowerSF (the City’s Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) program, “CPSF”) or Hetch Hetchy Power (the City’s municipal electric utility, “HHP”) (the “Programs”), in accordance with the Resource Interconnection Standards specified in Appendix KK of the CAISO tariff.
