Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services: Install cofferdam in the reservoir to isolate the construction site from the reservoir. Install secant piles and engineered shoring as required to protect existing old powerhouse, gantry crane at new powerhouse, and all surrounding adjacent structures as well as roads. Procure and install 48" welded steel piping from existing 72" penstocks to future valve house vault through new right of way of Moccasin Camp. Repaving of existing roadways. Construction of underground concrete valve house vault with a depth of approx. 20-FT. Construction of concrete energy dissipation chambers. Construction of concrete water conveyance discharge structure. Existing water, sewer, and power utility relocation. Installation of owner furnished valves: two 48" diameter butterfly valves and two 48" diameter axial flow control valves with electric actuators and associated appurtenances. Installation of various new electrical and mechanical appurtenances including SCADA system. Procurement and installation of miscellaneous metals such as structural floor beams, stairs, grating, handrails, etc. Commissioning of large diameter valves, dewatering pumps, HVAC system, SCADA, etc.
