Boring and Installation of Conduit for Fiber Optic Installation RFP
Work includes boring and installation of conduit for fiber optic installation. Specification: locates of all existing utilities will be needed for boring plans; boring at fence line on north side of ditch may require a large quantity of pot holing to visually locate multiple fiber lines; pulling back a single 2" conduit approx. 4100' and installing approx. 4 handholes measuring 24"x36"x24" along the bore; installation of a traceable 24-count single mode fiber with approx. 25 feet of slack left placed in each handhole to accommodate future splicing operations; traffic control as needed; bushhogging may be needed along the path of the bore for potholing and pull box installation.
