Description: Work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, permits, coordination, programming, testing, and incidental work necessary to furnish and install an operational electrical, lighting, building controls, and resiliency system. The intent of this work is to provide a code-compliant, integrated electrical and Photovoltaic/Battery Energy Storage System (PV/BESS) resiliency system that supports safe building operation under normal conditions and utility outages while maintaining required life-safety, occupancy, and building protection functions.
