Burnett-Womack BSL-3 Suite Expansion RFP

Description: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is soliciting a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Burnett-Womack BSL-3 Suite Expansion, an open construction procurement rather than a grant program. The project will reconfigure approximately 5,000 square feet of the existing 13,900-square-foot floor plate and renovate additional ninth-floor space to create an approximately 10,000-square-foot BSL-3 containment suite, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, emergency power, and related environmental-system improvements.
