Bundled Furniture Provider-Providence Public Schools-Five New Pk-8 Schools

Description: The City of Providence, through Providence Public Schools, is seeking a provider to procure, deliver, assemble and install furniture, fixtures and equipment for five new PK-8 schools: Robert F. Kennedy, Harry Kizirian, Mary E. Fogarty, Asa Messer/W. Broadway and Lima Stuart. Work also includes coordination, storage and protection, project management, product submittals, quality control, debris removal, punch-list completion and closeout, with installation anticipated June 15–August 15, 2027. The City intends to award one contract covering all five schools; the linked package includes school bid forms and school-specific plans, schedules and specifications, plus MBE/WBE, standard terms, insurance and qualification documents.
