Gentle Memorial Building Request for Proposals
The Town of Houlton requests proposals to replace the triple steel door frame at the Houlton Parks and Recreation Building at 128 Main Street. The work includes furnishing and installing a new triple SR16 T 534 CFW A60 RHR/RHR/RHR – EWA (8) frame reinforced for closures and Rim Exit Devices, reusing/reinstalling the existing doors, exit devices, and closures, and supplying new hinges, NRP 32D, weatherstrip, brush door sweep, and thresholds. Frames and doors must receive high-quality Direct to Metal paint and match the existing opening; the posting also requires four product-approval copies, $500,000-per-occurrence liability insurance naming the Town as additional insured, and completion no later than October 23, 2026.
