Building Plan Review and Inspection Services

Description: Purpose: The City of Havre de Grace has adopted International Codes related to structures, residences, electrical, plumbing and mechanical, as outlined in the Maryland Building Performance Standards. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide plan review and inspection services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties for plumbing, electrical, mechanical and buildings. The selected vendor will operate as the sole third-party provider of construction plan reviews and inspections for the City. Responsibilities include conducting building permit plan reviews prior to issuance, and conducting inspections on an as-needed basis. The consultant will coordinate all work directly with City staff and permit applicants.
