Building 500 HVAC Project

Description: Atlanta Metropolitan State College is soliciting sealed bids for the replacement of terminal units and related HVAC work in Building 500. This is a construction Request for Quotation, not a grant program, and award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a lump-sum basis. Bids must be physically delivered by 2:00 p.m. Atlanta time on August 27, 2026, with bid and performance bonds required and completion scheduled within 180 consecutive calendar days.
