Snowden Administration Building Facade RFP
Project is an exterior siding replacement for an existing State Court System Admin. office building. This building has had a number of additions and renovations since a small original part was built in the 1940's. The building is referenced in various old documents as having four zones (a, b1, b2, and c) which loosely correspond to the original building and major additions. The building structure is largely CMU and cast in place concrete w/some steel & wood framed elements, such as interior partitions and floor & ceiling structure. The siding getting replaced in believed to have been installed in the 1970s, with modifications to the fascias & copings in the early 2000's.
