2101 HQ Building A Rehabilitation RFP

Description: Renovation of portions of the Covington Water District Administration Building, including selective demolition; replacement of interior finishes in the public restrooms, women's locker room, lunchroom, and second-floor office area; renovation of the lunchroom kitchen to provide an ADA-compliant layout; addition of one urinal in the men's restroom; minor modifications to non-load-bearing interior walls; replacement of lighting with new LED fixtures; installation of skylights; and associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, as shown in the Contract Documents. The Work also includes Bid Alternates for new secondfloor window blinds, refinishing of existing stairs, and furnishing mobile kitchen islands.
