Build-Operate-Transfer of Utility Building Project (Request for Proposals/Qualifications)

Description: Construction and/or installation of a new utility building and associated infrastructure on that certain real estate. Project will consist of a building for use by the town s electric and street/utility departments with high-bay and regular overhead doors, a concrete floor and common area separating the two equipment storage areas to include restrooms, kitchen/break areas, office and storage areas. Additional work would include site improvements including drives, sanitary, water, stormwater, and other related infrastructure of the nature necessary to serve a facility of this type.
