REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – PROPOSALS – Musselshell County Wier Building Project

Description: Musselshell County is soliciting Requests for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ-P) to select a developer for the Wier Building Revitalization Project located at 215 Main Street (with 229 and 231 Main Street as alternates) in Roundup, Montana. The selected developer will create a development plan for the properties and ultimately bring them into private development, use, and ownership, with design and operation commensurate with high-quality, historic architecture.
