Mustang Bayou Water Plant #2 Well Improvements RFP
Project shall consist of construction of well improvements at the water plant (mb wp) #2 as shown on the drawings and included herein. The project improvements include but are not limited to a groundwater well; precast concrete electrical building; temporary disinfection feed system, including a fiberglass reinforced polymer (frp) chemical feed building and exterior chlorine storage cabinets mounted on a concrete pad; yard piping improvements; clearing and grubbing; grading and site work; sidewalk and paving; site perimeter fence and electrical gate; new electrical service, standby generator; and associated electrical and scada work. The work includes all labor, materials, off-site waste disposal, groundwater control, temporary provisions, testing, supervision, coordination, and subsidiary and incidental work necessary to provide complete and operational systems in accordance with the contract documents.
