BSU Gym Renovations (Request for Proposal)

Description: A/E to assist the owner for design and construction of the BSU gymnasium renovation. Key features of the project include: removal and installation of new gym flooring. Removal and installation of new bleachers. Built out of new storage area on southwest and southeast corner of gym. Painting of all interior gym walls and doors. New railing system at west and east mezzanine. New ADA lifts at both concourse gym entry doors. New fire protection system if required by code. New sound baffles as required. New scoreboard. New electrical and data for mass communication area and scoring table. New ticket booth in concourse at main entrance. New vip viewing room. New windows in adjacent classrooms to see into gym area. Renovate / upgrade classroom area.
