Bronx Community Districts 9, 10, & 11 Garage Demolition and Replacement

Description: The project consists of two construction packages: CP1 and CP2. CP1 includes work for demolition and replacement of the district garage and CP2 includes work construction of south lot swing space. The Scope includes: Perform demolition and removal work, as per the Contract Documents. Dispose of demolition waste and excavated materials. Salvage the existing terra cotta entablature. Provide and install the de-watering system. Decommissioning and removal of monitoring wells. Removal and disposal of Hazardous and Asbestos Containing Materials. Provide and install new pilings, bulkhead walls, reinforced concrete foundations, and floor slabs. Provide and install new structural steel framing members, metal form deck, and metal roof deck..
