Description: Project consists of removal of existing modified bitumen roof systems down to lightweight insulating concrete deck and replace with new modified bitumen roof membrane system. Replace existing metal p. E. M. B roof and wall panels with new standing seam metal panel roof and new corrugated metal wall panels. Remove all damaged p. E. M. B. Eave struts with new eave struts. Replace all existing metal gutters and downspouts. Replace all wall mounted exhaust fans.
